To the extent permitted by law, the purchase of a Card from LAHAL using Visa or Mastercard will incur a system fee comprising a small percentage of the total purchase amount. This is not a surcharge or convenience fee and is identified separately on each guest receipt. No system fee is chargeable for the use of a Card as payment towards a Qualified Purchase.
Use of Cards
A physical or digital Card must be presented as payment towards a Qualified Purchase in accordance with the Gift Card Rules.
Upon presentation, the purchase amount will be deducted from the Available Funds. You may continue to use the Card until the Available Funds are zero. If a Card is used to purchase an item that is subsequently returned, the purchase price for the returned item will be credited to a new Card issued in the amount of the Available Funds used to purchase the returned item.
The Available Funds can be viewed at an available LAHAL point of sale at Chances Maple Ridge.

The Privacy Officer will assess whether mandatory notification is required pursuant to any other contracts to which the Company is a party and whether notification is required under any Applicable Privacy Laws (e.g., notification of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, affected individuals, and other organizations and government institutions pursuant to PIPEDA).
